With the launch of the new German citicen card, Fraunhofer-Istitute for secure Information Technologies wanted to introduce their new solution for signing Voice over IP telephone calls at CeBIT 2011.
Therefore an animated procedure was created, to visualize the technical background of this technology. A common situation in which a client wants to open a bank account by calling the bank and verifying his personal data. As a special feature the presentation could be started by picking up a real telephone. The Animation was stopped again when the telephone was hung up again.
The main application was built in Flash/AIR and could be configured via XML. A start screen to select different presentations including the Flash animation of the VoIP procedure.
